Returns Policy
We accept returned merchandise for cash credit, within 90 days from date of purchase, when product has been damaged in shipping, is defective, or when the customer is dissatisfied with the product. A letter from the customer must accompany returned merchandise citing the reason for the return along with a copy of the invoice for that merchandise.

A return authorization number, which can be obtained from Orchard Learning Customer Service department at 1-888-351-4430 or webcst@orchardlng.com, is required before returning merchandise. Network/Site Licenses are non-returnable except under special circumstances and with a managers approval. All material must be returned in like-new condition. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all software being returned has been removed from all Customer computers.

Shipments
All shipments are sent by ground shipping via a carrier of Orchard Learning’s designation. Orchard Learning charges a shipping feee of $6 per item and a one time handling fee of $3 for every shipment, unless a special promotion or contract term provides otherwise; such costs includes the freight charged by the carrier, packaging, and handling, but does not necessarily equal a direct pass-through of such cost to the customer.

Generally orders are processed the next business day following the placement of the order and products will be received in 3 to 7 business days. It is the responsibility of the Customer to contact Orchard Learning Customer Service department at 1-888-351-4430 or webcst@orchardlng.com if a shipment is not received.

Shipping and handling charges and delivery time estimates are calculated based on a flat rate for any address within the United States. Orchard Learning reserves the right to add additional charges for shipments outside of the United States. Additionally, delivery times will generally be longer for shipments outside of the United States.
